Coach Wallace played volleyball at Tarleton State University. She grew up in a small north Texas town, Iowa Park, Texas. She played volleyball, basketball, ran track and played softball in high school. She is the daughter of two retired teachers. Her dad is a retired school administrator and her mom is a high school theater arts teacher. Coach Wallace's older brother is the Defensive Coordinator at 5A Rider HS.
Coach Wallace and her husband Dustin have one son, Jackson. He is a fiery four year old ball of energy, who just so happens to love volleyball (and all other sports with a ball.)
A few words from Coach Wallace:
I am so grateful for the opportunity to coach at Grapevine. Thank you so much for sharing your daughters with me. As a parent, I know that I hold your biggest blessing (or one of them) in my hands everyday. I will do my best to grow your daughter into the very best person she can be everyday. I love kids and athletics. My goal for your daughter is to instill a solid foundation of character and work ethic through volleyball. My hope is that when your daughter finishes her time with Mustang Volleyball, she will know that she can achieve any goal she sets for herself. Thank you again for sharing your daughters with me. I promise not to waste the opportunity to grow them into fierce young women.
Coach Wallace :)
